You can either pay privately for the disability support services you receive through Mable or use your NDIS funding to pay for it. Depending on how many hours you’d like to access, you may choose to do both.
If you are NDIA-managed or Agency-managed, the NDIA will maintain all your NDIS funds. In this case, you can only use NDIS-registered providers for your support, you can’t use your NDIS funding to book independent support workers on Mable.
After each session is completed, your support worker will submit their support hours and support notes for your approval. Once you have approved the support hours, Mable will begin processing the payment. To learn more, visit the Help Centre.

All Mable independent support workers are vetted, including qualification, Police, and Working with Children Check checks by our team.
If you are plan-managing or self-managing your NDIS plan, you can request that any of the paid supports you engage (including those through Mable) have an NDIS worker screening clearance. You may choose to increase your safeguards by requiring the support workers you engage to have an NDIS worker screening check.
