All independent support workers approved on Mable must pass our verification process. Your account will only be approved once you have finished our registration requirements and the necessary checks have been performed by Mable.
- First, you will need to complete your account on our website. This includes filling out your work history, two references, relevant qualifications and uploading your police check and Working With Children Check (if you intend to work with children).
- Once the account is complete, our registration team will contact your references. You will be put through for approval if your references come back successfully.
- Your account will then be reviewed by another team member who will verify that you have uploaded all of the required information.
- You will be approved and receive an email confirming this.
Approval usually takes a minimum of five business days to complete, however please allow us up to three business weeks. If you are unsure if you have completed everything on your end, please call our registration team on 1300 73 65 73.
Please note police checks and working with children checks may take some time – we do not have control over this.
