A range of safeguards are in place to offer safety, protection and peace of mind. For your safety, all support workers must complete a verification process before they can provide support on Mable.​ Every session booked on Mable comes with insurance to cover the support worker’s actions while providing your care.

Creating a Clear Agreement

Your agreement with your support worker should contain all the details for your support session, including what services will be provided, the schedule, and the agreed rate. A cancellation policy is important to include to set expectations on what is required if either you or your support worker need to cancel a support session. Choose the Right Support for Your Needs

With Mable, you get to choose who supports you and when. Remember, if you have different types of support needs, you might need more than one support worker. Because the person who provides the necessary personal care support at home may not be the right person to attend a footy game on the weekend or to support a catch up with the grandkids.
