Why does my account need to be verified? How do I verify my account?

Verification is used to establish the authenticity of a client’s identity and to help protect the safety of everyone in the Mable community. The verification process is required in order to prevent Care Workers from being sent spam or inappropriate content.
You will need to verify your account before you can message Care Workers. To verify your account, you will be required to have access to an Australian mobile number. An SMS with a verification code will be sent to your mobile number. After receiving the verification code, you will be asked to enter the code to verify your account.
