Support coordinator with laptop and headset searches support workers on Mable for their clients.

If you're a coordinator managing support on Mable, you may need help with invoicing or payments. That's where Mable's accounts team comes in. Find out more about the role of the accounts team, ways to pay, and how payments work on Mable in this article.

Mable's accounts team

The accounts team plays an important role in supporting you with your invoicing and payment needs. They:

  • Answer invoice-related questions
  • Provide guidance on payment processes
  • Investigate issues that may impact successful payments.

Payment options for clients

Depending on your clients' situation, they can pay in one of 3 ways:

  • With their NDIS funding
  • With their Support at Home funding
  • Self-fund with a credit card, debit card, or direct debit.

You can find out more about each payment option in the article How to pay for support on Mable.

How payments work

  1. Support workers submit their support hours and support notes after a session.
  2. These are sent to you to review and approve.
  3. You approve or reject the support hours.
  4. Once a week, on Wednesday mornings, we generate an invoice for approved support hours and issue it to the client's funding organisation for payment.

What are automatic approvals?

If you do not approve or reject the support hours within 24 hours, the system automatically approves them.

You can disable this feature by emailing us at accounts@mable.com.au, and we'll turn off automatic approvals.
