No, there is no waitlist to access support services. Once your credit or debit card has been verified, which is usually within 2 working days, you can access support immediately.

How can I pay for these support services?

You can pay by credit or debit card to access professional support immediately. Once your funding is approved, just provide Mable with your funding details and we will handle the rest.

Can I use government funding to pay for services?

You can use NDIS and Support at Home funding to pay for services. If you are waiting for government funding, you can still access support while you wait by paying with a credit or debit card. We are currently unable to accept funding as a payment option from state-based government funding pathways that cover out-of-hospital care, including from CHSP, ComPacks, Hospital in the Home (NSW), Healthy at Home, Safe and Supported at Home Packages (SASH), and End of Life pathway.

Can I use the government's Out of Hospital Care (OHC) Program on Mable?

We are currently unable to accept government Out of Hospital Care (OHC) Program funding as a payment option on Mable. This includes: Community Packages (ComPacks) (also ComPacks - Healthy at Home - HaH) Safe and Supported at Home (SASH) End of Life (EoL), and Hospital in the Home (NSW).

Will my insurance company pay for support sessions?

Mable is not linked to insurance companies. We suggest contacting your insurer to find out if they reimburse invoices for out-of-hospital services from private care platforms.
