Your agreement with your support worker should contain all the details for your support session, including what services will be provided, the schedule, and the agreed rate.

We understand that sometimes you or your worker will need to cancel or reschedule a session. It is important for your support worker to notify you ahead of time, so that it may be possible to make other arrangements.
