Both clients and support workers can plan and track support schedules, adjust bookings, and request session reminders from their Mable accounts.
How to manage your schedule
Viewing your schedule
Log in
To manage your schedule, please log in to your Mable account.
Manage sessions
Once you are logged in, select Manage sessions from the menu options.
From there, you can view your calendar, which will display any sessions you already have scheduled.
You can view your calendar as a List or a Week.
Plan a session
You can plan a session from Manage sessions by selecting Plan a session and filling in the fields.
You can also choose whether to receive a session reminder 24 hours before the session is set to begin.
Keep in mind that once you send your invite, the support worker or client can choose to decline it.
You can also plan a session by selecting Inbox. From your inbox, open any message, select the plus icon next to the text entry field and select Plan session.
Managing your session
The Manage sessions section is where you can manage any upcoming session on Mable.
From Manage sessions you can:
- View upcoming scheduled sessions
- Decline proposed sessions from workers (who will receive a notification of your choice)
- Edit a planned session
- Cancel a session
- View support hours
Editing your session
You can edit a planned session by selecting the relevant session from your calendar and then selecting Edit session details. If you are not the person who created the session, they will receive a notification to accept or decline the request.
Cancelling your session
If you choose to delete a session, you’ll have the option of confirming whether it is a one-off cancellation or for all following sessions with the worker. You can also provide an optional reason for cancellation.
Viewing your support hours
You can view the support hours your workers have submitted from Manage sessions.
