We're making payments more efficient, transparent and simple, so you can spend less time on payments and more time on support.
As part of this upgrade, Express Pay, 10-Day Payments and Tax & Super Sync will be retired on 18 November 2026.
The changes include:
- Invoices processed by Mable daily, not weekly
- A simpler in-app Billing section and an easier-to-use My Invoices page
- Clearer payment statuses so you know where your payments stand.
About the new payment experience
What's changing with Mable payments?
We're updating our payment system to make payments faster, clearer and simpler. Invoices will be processed daily rather than only during the weekly run. The
Billing section will be easier to use, and new payment statuses will show you where each payment stands.
How will daily invoice processing help me?
You won't need to wait up to a week if you miss the weekly cut-off. If you plan your sessions on Mable ahead of time, you can submit your hours when the session ends and your invoice can be processed the next day.
What's changing in the Billing section?
The My Invoices page will receive an uplift, so it's easier and faster to find the information you need. We'll also refresh the invoice design to make important information easier to read.
What are the new payment statuses?
They will make it clearer which stage your payments are at, so you have greater visibility without the guesswork.
When will the new payment experience be available?
The new payment experience is coming soon. Look out for updates by email and in the Mable support worker community.
