What is an offer? How do I accept an offer?

After you have discussed and agreed the rates, services and schedule with the support person, they will send you an offer which outlines all of these details. The offer must be accepted before the support person can begin working. If an offer has not been sent and accepted, the support person is not covered by insurance for any work that they do.
You will receive a notification when your support person has sent you an offer. To view the offer and accept, log in to Mable, go to your inbox and open the conversation with the support person who has sent you the offer. An offer can also be rejected, for example, if the times agreed upon are incorrect.
Why can’t I accept an offer?
You will not be able to accept an offer until you have completed your profile on Mable, including emergency contact information and payment details. This is to protect both clients and support people.
