Beta Support Worker App - Disclaimer & Terms of Use
What is a beta?
Beta refers to an early version of a new app or feature that is made available to a limited group of users before the full launch.
It allows us to see how things work in real-life situations, identify any issues, and gather valuable feedback to improve the final experience.
As a beta user, you’re getting early access and helping us improve your experience – thank you!
By downloading the Beta Support Worker Application (the Beta App) you agree to and acknowledge the following Terms:
- You acknowledge and agree that this Beta App is currently a beta version. This means that Mable Technologies Pty Ltd ACN 162 890 379 (Mable, We, Us, Our) is in a testing phase with this product. While we will work hard to ensure the Beta App operates smoothly, You may encounter issues, interruptions, lack of availability, bugs or glitches in the usage of the Beta App. We will work to fix any issues as quickly as we can. Mable may amend or update the Beta App at any time.
- Mable will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is or may be suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is or may be suffered or sustained, in connection with your use of the Beta App, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- You agree to participate in the beta testing of the Beta App and agree to provide any feedback or commentary on your experience with the Beta App. Any feedback or commentary must be solely directed to Mable. You must not share or communicate in any way to the public or anyone else any issues, feedback, comments or information regarding the Beta App. You must not forward the link to the Beta App to any person without the prior consent of Mable.
- You authorise us to collect your personal information for the purposes of the Beta App and information obtained via your feedback or commentary. This information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- The Beta App will be in a beta phase for a period of 2 (two) weeks commencing on 29 April 2025, ending on 14 May 2025 (Beta Period). We may extend or shorten this timing at our discretion. You may stop using the Beta App at any time.
- You acknowledge and agree that any feedback or commentary provided by you during the Beta Period is the sole property of Mable and may be used to improve and contribute to the development of the Beta App.
- You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Beta App, the software, design, text and graphics comprised in the Beta App, the selection and layout of the Beta App and the content and materials on the Beta App (“Materials”) are owned by Mable. You must not modify, copy, adapt, store in a retrieval system, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, sell, distribute in any way or communicate to the public a Material without our prior written consent.
- You agree that Mable’s Support Worker Terms of Use apply to your use of the Beta App. Unless otherwise defined, the terms outlined here have the same meaning as in our Mable Support Worker Terms of Use.
- Mable may amend these Terms at any time and will notify you of any such changes.
