Badges do two things:
- Reward loyal support workers: they signal your reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
- Boost your opportunities: they help you stand out in search results and job applications, making it easier to connect with new clients and maintain regular work.
Superstar support workers typically have longer client relationships and are 1.5 times more likely to receive jobs than other support workers.
We’ve also introduced some other badges as simple visual markers to assist clients when searching for workers. Badges make it easier for clients to see your value, and choose you first.
