All support workers are required to submit references as part of their Mable verification process.
Please note: family members or partners/spouses cannot be accepted as references under any circumstances.
What service do you want to provide?
Personal Care
To provide Personal Care services on Mable, you must provide 2 professional references.
The references must come from a supervisor or colleague who can verify that you have performed the personal care services being offered.
If your professional experience is from a work placement, the reference must be from your supervisor or trainer. The references must relate to experience within an aged care or
disability organisation within the last 5 years.
If you have no qualifications, your references must relate to experience within an aged care or disability organisation within the last 5 years.
If you have only worked for 1 organisation over 2 years, your references can be from the same organisation, however, 2 professional references are still required.
If a service cannot be confirmed by a reference, it will be removed from your profile.
Nursing
In order to provide nursing services on Mable, you must provide 2 professional or character references.
