The average hourly rates displayed above are indicative and the Mable Support Engagement Fee of 10% has been deducted. The rates are calculated based on the average rate per support worker for support hours delivered on Mable from 1 October 2025 - 31 March 2026. Your arrangement with a client (including hourly rate and hours of work) is made through the Mable platform, and agreed on directly between you and your client. Support workers are independent contractors and responsible for managing your own tax and superannuation payments

When you agree on an hourly rate with your client, Mable fees are included and deducted from that rate. This covers everything from support worker insurance, access to a large range of clients, and support from our expert team.
*The agreed rate is a reference rate only and the amount payable by the Client will be the cumulative amount including the fees, which will be higher than the agreed rate.
