We have streamlined how coordinators and providers can find their favourite support workers, giving you quicker access to all the essential details you need in one place.
What's new?
The support worker Shortlist in the main navigation has been renamed to Saved and moved to the Manage workers section, making it easier to keep track of your preferred support workers.
With this change, you can find key support worker details at a glance, such as:
- Location
- Services offered
- Verified certificates and qualifications
- Availability and rates.
Make quick, compliant decisions on saved support workers
With the addition of a Verified column, you can now also view icons for certifications we have manually checked, including statutory declarations, First Aid certificates, Nursing qualifications, Personal Care qualifications, and Allied Health qualifications.
This new addition is just one example of how we’re continuing to optimise business solutions for coordinators and providers by continuously rolling out new tools to make quicker, compliant decisions when searching for support workers.
