  5. Must have an active and ongoing agreement for care services for at least one month via the Mable platform prior to the date of entering the Competition.

1.3 Entry into this Competition is free (excluding any internet charges).

1.4 An agent, guardian or support coordinator (“Representative”) can enter the Competition on behalf of a Mable client. The Mable client remains the Participant. The Representative warrants that they have obtained the consent of the client to enter the Competition on their behalf and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the client.

Contact information and any other personal information provided as part of this Competition is treated in line with Mable’s Privacy Policy.

2.3 Each Participant may only submit one entry to the Competition.

2.4 Participants must ensure that they have obtained the consent of the Nominee to enter the Competition and share their personal information, including image and name. 4.0 Property Rights

4.1 Participants warrant they have obtained the consent of the Nominee to share the image and their name and that their entry, including the image submitted as part of the entry, does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party and indemnify Mable from any loss associated with claims by a third party, including the Nominee, regarding the Participant’s photograph or entry.

4.2 By entering the Competition, Participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the content of their entry, or any part of the content of the entry, in any way the Organiser wishes (including modifying, adapting, copying, cropping, retouching, editing, publishing, broadcasting or communicating the entry whether in original or modified form in whole or in part) in all media for the purposes of the Organiser’s business on its website, social media, newsletter or in any marketing campaign, without payment to the Participant or the Nominee of royalties or compensation (“Licence”). If requested by the Organiser, Participants and Nominees agree to sign any further documentation required by the Organiser to give effect to this Licence.

4.3 Participants warrant that the Nominee has assigned all intellectual property rights to the Participant.

The Participant and Nominee provide their consent for the Organiser to publish the entry for promotional purposes.

4.6 Participants and Nominees consent to the Organiser using their name, entry, and photograph for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting the Competition (including any outcome) or the Organiser in general and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organiser.
