Mable Can-do Guides Cricket Ticket Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
1.0 Introduction and Eligibility
1.1 Mable is pleased to offer 2 winners the chance to win 5 general admission tickets each to the Sydney Sixers home match on Sunday, 11 January 2026 at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) between the Sydney Sixers and Hobart Hurricanes (“the Prize”), subject to the Mable Can-do Guides Cricket Ticket Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1.2 The Mable Can-do Guides Cricket Ticket Giveaway (the “Competition“) is organised by Mable Technologies Pty Ltd of Level 12, 255 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000 ABN 162 890 379 (“the Organiser“).
1.3 The Competition is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry into the Competition.
- Participants must be residents of Australia.
- Must be residents of Australia.
- Participants must be either a current client or support worker on the Mable platform (“Participant”).
- Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organiser (and its related bodies corporate) are not eligible to enter the Competition or win the Prize.
- Participants must complete the online form. If a Participant ceases to hold the email account provided at the time the winner is selected, the winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize.
1.4 Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1.5 Entry into the Competition is free (excluding internet and any other electronic device related charges) and Participants will not be entitled to be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with entering the Competition.
2.0 Entry Guidelines
2.1 To enter the Competition, Participants must:
- complete the entry form located at ,[URL]>, by providing their full name and email address (“Contact Information”); and
- If they are a client, share their favourite activity to do in the summer with a support worker, or, if they are a support worker, share what their favourite summer activity to do is with the person they support (‘Valid Entry’).
A Valid Entry will be automatically recorded upon completion of 2.1 (a) and (b)
2.2 Contact Information collected in connection with this Competition is collected for the purpose of identifying, contacting and sending the Prize to the winner of the Competition. Contact Information and any other personal information provided as part of the Competition is treated in line with Mable’s Privacy Policy.
2.3 In addition to this Competition’s Terms, Participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions applicable to Mable online available at www.mable.com.au.
3.0 Competition Duration
3.1 The Competition will begin on 3 December 2025 at 4.00pm AEST and will end on 17 December 2025 at 5.00pm AEST (“Competition Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted.
4.0 Publication and Promotion
4.1 Participants consent to the Organiser using, modifying, reproducing, publishing or displaying the Submission and the Participant’s first name in any media, website content, social media or in any marketing campaign for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting the Competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organiser. Participants and third parties who provide permission for their image to be used in this Competition, waive any right to claim if the image is distorted or discoloured in any way.
4.2 The winners of the Competition agree to participate in any marketing or media publicity required by the Organiser relating to the Competition.
5.0 Prizes
5.1 There will be 2 winners of the Prize.
5.2 The Organiser will notify the winners of the Prize by email. The Prize will be provided to the winners via email.
5.3 The Prize is subject to the Cricket Australia Ticket & Entry Conditions and any terms and conditions imposed by Cricket Australia and/or the Sydney Cricket Ground.
5.4 The Prize is only valid for general admission to the Sydney Sixers home match between the Sydney Sixers and Hobart Hurricanes on Sunday, 11 January 2026 at the Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney, New South Wales.
5.5 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
5.6 The winner must continue to hold a Mable platform account in order to receive the Prize.
5.7 Sydney Sixers is the supplier of the Prize only and is not the promoter of this promotion. All promotion related queries must be directed to the Organiser (Mable). To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants (Participants holding a Valid Entry) acknowledge that Sydney Sixers is not responsible for the promotion, including its conduct, winner selection, administration or Prize fulfilment.
5.8 Cricket Australia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to change or amend the Sydney Sixers home match without notice. Neither the Organiser nor Cricket Australia accept responsibility for the cancellation or delay of any Sydney Sixers match connected with this Competition for any reason beyond the control of the Organiser or Cricket Australia.
5.9 By entering this Competition, Participants agree to comply, and ensure that each subsequent ticket holder complies with Cricket Australia Ticket & Entry Conditions supplemented by conditions of entry imposed by the venue operator.
5.10 In the event that the game is cancelled due to rain or an extreme weather event, the tickets would be reallocated to the next available game.
5.11 This Competition is an Australia wide competition. The Organiser will not pay or offer flights or accommodation or any other travel costs or any other costs to the winner. The winner will be responsible to travel to and attend the Sydney Sixers home match for the event as set out on the tickets.
6.0 Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 All Valid Entries will be reviewed and the winner will be selected by the Organiser’s editorial team individually based on creativity, at a time after the Competition Period with a view to having decided on or before 19 December 2025 at 5:00 pm AEST. The Organiser has full discretion regarding the decision and its decision will be final with no further correspondence being entered into. In particular, Prizes may not, without Organisers prior consent, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including but not limited to via auction or online auction sites) or used for promotion, advertisement or other commercial purposes (including but not limited to competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. The Organiser may, at their absolute discretion, acting reasonably withdraw the Prize(s) if a Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition. Where a Prize has been withdrawn in accordance with this clause, no substitute, refund or compensation will be offered.
6.2 The Organiser will endeavour to notify the winner via email, by Friday, 19 December 2025, 5:00 pm AEST.
6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the email by Monday, 22 December 2025, 9.00 am AEST the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
7.0 Disqualification and Termination
7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who, at the Organiser’s sole discretion, violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate or unlawful behaviour, provides offensive or inappropriate entries, conspires to gain an unfair advantage, fails to provide personal information requested to verify the Participant entered a Valid Entry, or who manipulates, interferes or tampers with this Competition, or who acts in a disparaging manner or in a way to bring into disrepute the reputation of the Organiser and/or Cricket Australia and/or the Sydney Cricket Ground and/or Big Bash League and/or Sydney Sixers and/or Melbourne Renegades and/or any other party connected to the aforementioned parties.
7.2 The Organiser may amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events, subject to any applicable laws.
8.0 Limitation of Liability
- Any technical or telecommunications issues, including but not limited to security breached, theft or destruction, any cause beyond the Organisers control or unauthorised access to or alteration of the promotion, technical malfunctions, failures, or delays in performance of its obligations under these Terms, to the extent that the malfunction, failure or delay is caused by any act, omission, event or circumstance outside the reasonable control of the Organiser. If any such issues arise, the Organiser may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
- Any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by Participants.
- Any Submissions lost, late, misdirected or otherwise not received or processed by the Organiser.
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of Submissions.
- Any claim by the other person that is not the Participant but is included in the Entry regarding entry to the Competition. The Participant warrants by entering into the Competition that it has received approval from any other parties included in the Entry for that person to be included, and it indemnifies the Organiser from any claim from such other person.
- If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organisers control, the Organiser may substitute the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of relevant authorities or bodies.
9.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to the laws of the relevant State or Territory that this Promotion is conducted in.
9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
10.0 General Terms
10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time.
10.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Organiser and Participants regarding the Competition.
10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
10.4 If Participant’s contact details change during the Competition Period or at any time between the Competition Period and the 22 December 2025, the Participant must notify the Organiser of their correct contact details immediately by emailing social@mable.com.au.
10.5 The Organiser reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information from Participants relevant to entry into or participation in this Competition. Upon receiving and reviewing the information to assess verification, the Organiser’s decision is final. Personal Information will be dealt with as per the Mable Privacy Policy.
10.6. As a condition of accepting a Prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Organiser and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion.
