Mable Can-do Guides AFL Ticket Competition: Terms and Conditions

1.0 Introduction and Eligibility

1.1 Mable is pleased to offer eligible participants (“Participants”) the chance to win 2x tickets to an AFL game of their choosing (“the Prize”), subject to the Mable Can-do Guides AFL Ticket Competition Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1.2 The Mable Can-do Guides AFL Ticket Competition (the “Competition“) is organised by Mable Technologies Pty Ltd of Level 12, 255 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000 ABN 162 890 379 (“the Organiser“).

1.3 The Competition is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry into the Competition.
  2. Participants must be residents of Australia.
  3. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organiser (and its related bodies corporate) are not eligible to win the Prize.

  4. Participants must be current clients and support workers on the Mable platform.

1.4 Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1.5 Entry into the Competition is free (excluding internet charges) and Participants will not be entitled to be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with entering the Competition.

2.0 Entry Guidelines

2.1 To enter the Competition, Participants must:

  1. complete the entry form, by providing their full name and email address (“Contact Information”); and
  2. share their favourite activity to do with a support worker, or, if they support someone with disability, share what their favourite activity to do is with the person they support (“Submission”).

2.2 The Submission must be an original work and must not be generated or manipulated by artificial intelligence.

2.3 Where the Submission contains an image, likeness or any identifying characteristic of another person, the Participant must receive express consent from others to be included in the Submission.

2.4 Contact Information collected in connection with this Competition is collected for the purpose of identifying, contacting and sending the Prize to the winner of the Competition. Contact Information and any other personal information provided as part of the Competition is treated in line with Mable’s Privacy Policy.

2.5 Each Participant may submit as many entries as they like.

3.0 Competition Duration

3.1 The Competition will begin on 8 July 2025 at 4.00pm AEST and will end on 17th July 2025 at 5.00pm AEST (“Competition Period”).

3.2 Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted.

4.0 Publication and Promotion

4.1 Participants consent to the Organiser using, modifying, reproducing, publishing or displaying the Submission and the Participant’s first name in any media, website content, social media or in any marketing campaign for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting the Competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organiser.

4.2 The winner of the Competition agrees to participate in any marketing or media publicity required by the Organiser relating to the Competition.

5.0 Prizes

5.1 There will only be 1 winner of the Prize.

5.2 The Organiser, upon notification from the winning Participant, will purchase the Prize on the Participant’s behalf and provide the Prize to the winner via email.

5.3 The Prize must be for a regular 2025 AFL season game and does not include any AFL Finals Series games.

5.4 The Prize is subject to the Ticketek Terms and Conditions of Sale and any terms and conditions imposed by the AFL and/or the venue at which the Prize is redeemed.

5.5 The Prize is not valid in Western Australia or the Northern Territory. Applicable stadiums include: Sydney Cricket Ground, Adelaide Oval, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Manuka Oval, People’s First Stadium, and Ninja Stadium.

5.6 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

6.0 Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 All valid entries will be reviewed and the winner will be selected by the Organiser’s editorial team individually based on creativity. The Organiser has full discretion regarding the decision and its decision will be final with no further correspondence being entered into.

6.2 The Organiser will endeavour to notify the winner via email, by Friday 18th July 2025, 5:00 pm AEST.

6.3 If the winner cannot be contacted by Monday 21st July 2025, 9.00 am AEST the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.

7.0 Disqualification and Termination

7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who, at the Organiser’s sole discretion, violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.

7.2 The Organiser may amend, modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events, subject to any applicable laws.

8.0 Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Organiser and its affiliates, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to the Competition, including but not limited to:
  1. ny technical malfunctions, failures, or delays in performance of its obligations under these Terms, to the extent that the malfunction, failure or delay is caused by any act, omission, event or circumstance outside the reasonable control of the Organiser.
  2. Any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by Participants.
  3. Any Submissions lost, misdirected or otherwise not received or processed by the Organiser.
  4. Any unauthorised access to or alteration of Submissions.
Any claim by the other person that is not the Participant but is included in the Entry regarding entry to the Competition.

9.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

10.0 General Terms

10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time.

10.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Organiser and Participants regarding the Competition.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
