The following information applies to Independent Support Workers and Client accounts on Mable.
To permanently delete your Mable account, you cannot have any:
- Active Agreements
- Pending Support Hours
- Pending/outstanding invoices
If you are a Support Coordinator or Organisation Administrator, you will need to request to close your account with Mable’s customer support team by contacting info@mable.com.au
If you are a support worker on Mable, we recommend making yourself unavailable if you wish to return to the platform in future. This will ensure that you are no longer visible in search results to clients. This is also handy if you are going overseas or cannot work for a period of time.
To become ‘unavailable’, log onto mable.com.au and visit Rates and availability from the menu. You can then adjust your profile to be unavailable and no longer appear in search results.
Unsubscribing/opting-out
To unsubscribe from our email alerts, please select unsubscribe at the bottom of a Mable email you receive.
To stop receiving SMS client alerts, select the Account menu option in your Mable account, then visit Phone & SMS notifications and untick the Receive SMS when notifications are sent option.
To delete your support worker account:
Please note, account deletion is permanent. If you would like to provide support on Mable again, you will need to repeat the registration, verification and approvals process which can take up to 3 weeks from the date you complete your profile, with additional time for police check approval.

How to delete your support worker account
If using your web browser, in your dashboard after logging in click Account in the left sidebar, under the Username & password tab you will see Delete Account. Click Delete account.
If using your mobile app: in your dashboard after logging in, click the Avatar (picture) in the top bar, then click Delete account in the menu.

Please note, account deletion is permanent. If you would like to return to Mable in future, you will need to create an account, including filling out your profile, support needs and funding details again.
