Our fees are lower than traditional providers, so you could get more hours of support. Mable has no set rates – discuss and agree on rates with independent support workers before support is delivered.
Book confidently knowing that each session booked and invoiced through Mable comes with insurance for support workers, including: Personal Accident cover, Medical Malpractice cover, and General & Products Liability.
Mable makes it easy for the self-managed. The website is a simple layout and easy to navigate. The invoices are sequential which makes it easy for me to track and reference! They keep copies of all invoices/receipts for my records. And of course great support workers. They also encourage support workers to give shift progress notes which helps so much when ensuring we are progressing towards our support goals and when reviewing funding with the NDIS.
We have two wonderful carers who are both reliable and professional and go above and beyond. The system that Mable uses is very easy.
My worker, Jilline, is always motivated and motivating. She keeps in contact with me and there doesn't seem to be anything she won't do. I feel as if I am her main focus, my life is much easier having her around.

The traditional provider fee is based upon a sample of traditional providers offering services in disability and aged care. The fee represents the amount the client pays and the support worker earns as a percentage per hour of support. Prices have been taken from their websites as at 25 July 2024.
Self-management fees are calculated using HomeMade which is part of the same group of companies as Mable.
** The Mable rate is based on an average weekday hourly agreed rate for social support and domestic assistance in aged care and disability support observed on the Mable platform from 1 January 2025 – 30 June 2025. It includes an agreed rate of $56/hour plus Mable’s Client Platform Fee of 7.95%, totalling $60.
The online-employed platform rate displayed is the hourly rate to consumers (including superannuation) of $66.46/hour for weekday shifts occurring between 6.00am and 8.00pm. The rate is taken from the current price guide on their website as at 25 July 2024.
The traditional provider rate is taken from the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, valid from 1 July 2025. The line item is: – Assistance with Self Care Activities- Standard – Weekday – Daytime, item number 01_011_0107_1_1 of $67.56.
