Helping new regional support workers start strong on Mable
NDIS Worker Screening Checks (NDIS WSC) is now mandatory for independent support workers signing up to Mable. As a little extra help to support workers who are new to Mable and provide support in certain rural, regional, and remote areas, we’re offering to reimburse the cost of your NDIS WSC.
This is only available to new independent support workers in rural, regional, and remote communities who have been invited to take up the offer, and ends 31 October 2026.

Why we're doing this
We know that getting set up as an independent support worker can be more difficult in regional areas. In some cases, just applying for an NDIS WSC can mean travelling long distances.
This offer is designed to make it easier for you to get started, so you can focus on building your support business and making a difference in your community.
Who can apply
To be eligible for this reimbursement, you’ll need to meet a few requirements.
This scheme is for support workers who:
- Are new to the Mable platform.
- Live and work in eligible rural, regional, and remote communities.
- Have applied and been approved as an independent support worker on Mable.
- Have applied for an NDIS WSC and passed the check.
- Are invited to take up this offer.
- Submit their application before 31 October 2026.
What happens next
Fill in the form below with your details and our team will be in touch via email to receive a copy of your NDIS Worker Screening Check proof of purchase, and check your eligibility. If everything is approved, you'll receive your reimbursement in the bank account where you normally receive Mable payments.
