You pay less. Support people earn more.

As a Mable customer, you engage your support team directly and could pay significantly lower rates than NDIS reference rates. That can add up to more hours of support for you.

You agree the rates directly with the independent workers you choose.

Once your rate is agreed , you pay the agreed rate plus 5%.  Independent support people will receive the agreed rate less 10%

This illustrative example based on an agreed rate of $40. Rates typically range from $30.00 – $48.00 per hour on the platform across independent workers with different experiences, qualifications and services.

*Based on casual worker receiving minimum award rate per hour. The “Online Provider” figure is based on the stated hourly cost to consumers for weekday support published by a third party online provider as at November 2019. The “Disability Providers charging NDIS Price Limit” figure is based on the maximum hourly cost to consumers under the NDIS as at November 2019. The “Traditional Aged Care Providers” figure is based on the average of the hourly prices for “Standard Hours” for Personal Care and Household tasks charged in NSW by three large providers (prices published on the My Aged Care website as at July 2019)
