NDIS Worker Screening Check Reimbursement Offer

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the reimbursement offer (Offer) made by Mable Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 80 162 890 379) (Mable) to eligible independent support workers (Support Workers) in certain rural and remote communities. By applying for reimbursement under this Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.0 Offer

Mable will reimburse you for the cost of one (1) NDIS Worker Screening Check (Check) if you meet the Eligibility Criteria below.

Reimbursement will be paid into the bank account you have nominated in your profile on the Mable platform (Platform).

2.0 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for reimbursement, you must:

  1. have successfully signed up and been approved as a Support Worker on the Platform and not previously been accepted as a Support Worker on the Platform;
  2. have entered valid bank details in your Platform profile;
  3. receive an invitation from Mable to participate in the Offer via a flyer;
  4. apply for reimbursement by 31 October 2026;
  5. provide a valid receipt confirming payment for the Check;
  6. pass the Check (i.e. the status of the check is a current, valid clearance); and
  7. not have already received reimbursement of the cost of the Check from another body (e.g. employer, government program).

3.0 Reimbursement Conditions

  1. The reimbursement amount will equal the fee actually paid for the Check, as shown on your receipt. (Note: the cost of the Check differs by State.) The reimbursement cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. Reimbursement will only be made once all Eligibility Criteria are satisfied.
  3. Reimbursement will not be made if:
    1. you fail to provide a valid receipt, or
    2. you fail the Check (i.e. you are not granted clearance).
  4. Mable may request additional information or evidence to verify your eligibility (including timesheets, account activity, or proof of payment). Claims that cannot be verified will not be approved.

4.0 Timing of Reimbursement

  1. Mable is not responsible for the time taken by the Worker Screening Unit in your state to process your Check application.
  2. Reimbursement will not be made until the Check has been successfully completed and a valid receipt has been provided.

5.0 Offer Period

  1. The Offer will commence on 13 October 2025 and will end on 31 October 2026.
  2. Applications received after 31 October 2026 will not be accepted.
  3. Mable may extend, vary or withdraw the Offer at any time.

6.0 General

  1. The Offer is personal to you and cannot be transferred.
  2. Only one reimbursement will be made per person.
  3. Participation in the Offer does not guarantee acceptance as a Support Worker on the Platform. All usual onboarding and verification processes apply.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, Mable is not liable for any loss, delay or cost incurred by you in connection with the Check or this Offer.
  5. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
