Changes to Privacy Policy

Mable will be updating its Privacy Policy on 22 August 2024. Review the new copy of the Privacy Policy.

The key changes we have made to the Privacy Policy are:

• Alignment with new Terms of Use – We have updated the definitions to align with the new Terms of Use. You can find out more about the new Terms of Use.
• Updated information we collect – We have updated the list of information that we collect from the different groups of users to ensure this accurately reflects the information that we collect.
• Updated use of information – We have updated the way that we might use the information we collect from you and other individuals that use our platform.
• Third parties – We have clarified the instances where we may share personal information with third parties, such as during verification checks.
• Overseas entities – We have clarified when information might be provided overseas.
• Sharing between related entities – We have clarified when information might be shared between the entities to reflect Mable’s growing operation across different related entities.
