Mable Can-do Guides Ticket Competition: Terms and Conditions

1.0 Introduction and Eligibility

1.1 The “Can-do Guides AFL Ticket” Social Media Competition (the “Competition”) is organised by Mable Technologies Pty Ltd of Level 12, 255 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000 (“the Organiser”). 1.2 The Competition is open to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
  1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
  2. Participants must be residents of Australia.
  3. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to win the below prizes.
  4. Participants must be current clients and support workers on the Mable platform.
1.3 Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 1.4 Entry into this Competition is free (excluding internet charges).

2.0 Entry Guidelines

2.1 To enter the Competition, Participants must:
Complete the entry form, by providing full name, email address (contact information), and sharing what your favourite activity is to do with a support worker, or, if you support someone with disability, share what your favourite activity to do is with the person you support.

2.2 Contact information in connection with this Competition is collected for the purpose of identifying, contacting and sending the prize to the winners of the competition. Contact information and any other personal information provided as part of this Competition is treated in line with Mable’s Privacy Policy.

2.3 Each Participant may submit as many entries as they like.

3.0 Competition Duration

3.1 The Competition will begin on 8 July 2025 at 4.00pm AEST and will end on 17th July 2025 at 5.00pm AEST.

3.2 Entries received before or after the specified end date and time will not be accepted.

4.0 Publication and Promotion

4.1 Participants consent to the Organiser using, reproducing, publishing or displaying their favourite activity and first name in any media, website content, social media or in any marketing campaign for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting the Competition (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Organiser.

4.2 In addition, the winners selected will also be celebrated on social media, on Mable’s website and by electronic mail.

5.0 Prizes

5.1 The Competition will result in one winning Participant being selected.

5.2 The winning Participant will receive x2 tickets to an AFL game of their choosing (“the Prize”). Mable will purchase the preferred tickets for the winning Participant.

5.3 The tickets must be for the regular AFL season and cannot be purchased for a game in the finals round.

5.4 The Prize is also subject to the Ticketek Terms and Conditions of Sale.

5.5 The Prize is not valid in WA or the NT. Applicable stadiums include: Sydney Cricket Ground, Adelaide Oval, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Manuka Oval, People’s First Stadium, and Ninja Stadium.

5.6 The tickets must be purchased for a game before 20 August 2025 (final round).

5.7 The Organiser will collect the email address of the winners of the competition. The email address is collected for the purposes of sending the prize to the winning Participant. This information will be treated in line with Mable’s Privacy Policy.

6.0 Winner Selection and Notification

6.1 All valid entries will be reviewed and the winner will be selected by the Organiser’s editorial team individually based on creativity. The Organiser has full discretion regarding the decision and its decision will be final.

6.2 The Organiser will endeavour to notify the winner via email, by Friday 18th July 2025, 5:00 pm AEST.

6.3 If a winner cannot be contacted by Monday 21st July 2025, 9.00 am AEST the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.

7.0 Disqualification and Termination

7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.

7.2 The Organiser may terminate or suspend the Competition at any time without prior notice and for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or force majeure events.

8.0 Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Organiser and its affiliates, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to the Competition, including but not limited to:
  1. Any technical malfunctions, failures, or delays in entry submissions, notifications, or prize awards.
  2. Any errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by Participants.
  3. Any unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
  4. Any claim by the Co-Participant regarding the entry.

9.0 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

10.0 General Terms

10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

10.2 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Organiser and Participants regarding the Competition.

10.3 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

10.4 The Organiser collects Participant information to include them in this competition. Use of the personal information collected is governed by Mable’s Privacy Policy.
