How to invite them to join

Always make sure to ask your support worker for their consent before you share their details with us.

You invite them

Log in to your Mable account using a browser and select Invite worker from the main menu. Fill in your support worker's information and send your invitation. We’ll invite them to join Mable as an independent worker and explain how the platform works.

They sign up

Your support worker accepts the invitation and signs up to Mable, providing the necessary documents. We will start their approval process and keep you informed of their approval progress so you can get going as soon as possible.

Start booking sessions

Once your support worker has been approved to provide support on the Mable platform, you can start booking them for jobs. Every session booked on Mable comes with insurance to cover the support worker's actions while providing your care.

FAQs

It's quick and easy to bring your support worker to Mable. Once they have consented to you providing their details to Mable, simply log in to your account and fill out the form in the Invite worker tab. We'll then send them an email inviting them to sign up.

You'll need to invite your existing support team to join in order to manage the support you receive from them through our platform.

To invite them to join:

  1. Ask your worker if they're ok with you sharing their email with us
  2. Create or log in to your account
  3. Select Invite worker
  4. Complete the form with your support worker's details.
