COVID-19 vaccine profile badge

Support workers can let clients know that they’ve been vaccinated for COVID-19. They can self declare this while they’re waiting for a second dose of a vaccine.

A COVID-19 badge will appear on a worker’s profile if they self declare they’ve had a vaccination. Clients can filter for workers with a COVID-19 badge.

Clients or providers can ask support workers if they’ve been vaccinated for COVID-19. Support workers should prepare evidence to show them that they have.

It’s optional to answer.
