The average hourly rates displayed above are indicative and include all Mable fees. The rates are calculated based on the average rate per support worker for support hours delivered on Mable from 1 October 2025 - 31 March 2026. These average rates can differ depending on your type of support, location, and the support worker’s level of experience. Your arrangement with a support worker (including hourly rate and hours of work) is made through the Mable platform, and agreed on directly between you and your support worker.
