The average hourly rates displayed above are indicative and include all Mable fees. The rates are calculated based on the average rate per support worker for support hours delivered on Mable from 1 July 2025 - 30 June 2026. These average rates can differ depending on your type of support, location, and the support worker’s level of experience. Your arrangement with a support worker (including hourly rate and hours of work) is made through the Mable platform, and agreed on directly between you and your support worker.

Minimum hourly rates for support workers
We recognise the valued role independent support workers play in our community. That's why Mable's minimum agreed rate is $42 per hour, ensuring agreement rates are not lower than the national minimum wage set by the Fair Work Commission.
