Mable Last Minute Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to specific jobs that are posted as “Last Minute” in the Mable platform. For other jobs, please review the cancellation clause in your service agreement with your client/support worker”.

Client Cancellations

  • If a Client cancels two Last Minute jobs in a row, they may be denied access to Last Minute jobs.
  • If a Client cancels more than 2 hours before the job start time, no payment is required.
  • If a Client cancels within 2 hours of the job start time, full payment is required. The worker will be paid fully for the job.

Worker Cancellations

If a Worker cancels two Last Minute jobs in a row, they may be denied access to Last Minute jobs.
