How to use Mable Calendar
Viewing your schedule
To access your Mable Calendar, please begin by logging into your Mable account.
Once you’ve logged in, your Mable Calendar is accessible from your Mable dashboard. The dashboard displays a seven-day window for your Mable schedule, with any planned bookings visible. Select Show all to access your full calendar and to set up further sessions on Mable.
Setting up and planning
You can also set up sessions by selecting Inbox from the dashboard’s menu. From this section, open any message, select the + icon next to the text entry field and choose Plan session.
You can plan your session from this option, including timing, duration, and frequency.
You can also add a session description and choose whether to receive a session reminder 24 hours before the proposed start time.
Once you send your invite, your client can accept or decline it.
Similarly, your clients can send you invites for support sessions on Mable.
The session is added to your Mable Calendar when an invite is accepted.
Managing your session
The calendar section is where you can manage any upcoming session on Mable. You can accept or decline proposed sessions from clients, who will receive a notification of your choice.
Select any session in your Mable Calendar to access its details and options, including messaging your client and cancelling the session if you can’t make it.
If you choose to delete a session, you’ll have the option of confirming whether it is a one-off cancellation or for all following sessions with the client.
Editing your session
You can edit a planned session in your Mable Calendar by selecting the session and then selecting Edit session details. If you are not the session creator, they will receive a notification to accept or decline the request.
Cancelling your session
If you choose to delete a session, you’ll have the option of confirming whether it is a one-off cancellation or for all following sessions with the client. You can also provide an optional reason for cancellation.
Submitting support hours
You can add support hours after your session from your Mable Calendar. Select your support session from the calendar and choose to Add support hours. This means clients can view and approve submitted support hours from their Mable Calendar.
