COVID-19 Key Information

There are current COVID-19 Restrictions across Australia. Please refer to your relevant State or Territory Government’s website for more information as to how this applies to you. 

We recommend clients and service providers discuss whether support should continue.

We remind you of the importance of following COVID-19 infection control measures and continuing to use the Home Support Screening Tools and Guidelines before and during support sessions.

Please familiarise yourself with the “Good hygiene for coronavirus” guidelines provided by the Department of Health.

If you need evidence that you are providing an essential service, people providing care and support can access their ‘Support Worker ID’ on their Mable Mobile App.
