What’s new on the Mable platform for support workers?

At Mable, we’re always working behind the scenes to make it easier – and more enjoyable – to do what you need to do. Here are some changes we’ve made lately.

You’ll be pleased to discover that adding timesheets and agreements is now easier. We encourage you to log in and familiarise yourself with the recent changes.

Worker profile improvements and Jobs search

You’ll notice a new design with your profile and within the Jobs section on the Mable website. Not only does it have a fresh look and feel but it’s also easier to understand and use.  We have improved the search function to help you find more appropriate jobs and added new features to help you manage your jobs, for example:

  • ‘Discover’ – Recommended jobs you might be interested in based on your profile.
  • ‘Applied’ – When you respond to job posts, they will appear here to help you keep track.

Video Call upgrades

We’ve fixed some browser issues so if you’ve used video call before, you’ll find it a great improvement on your last experience. We have taken your feedback on board and have made it easier and more straightforward to use. Tip: Use the video call feature to conduct your meet-and-greets with new clients.

We’ve also been making changes to the client-side aspect of the platform and this will improve the experience for them too.
