A: Every independent support worker on the Mable platform has something different to offer, from their services and skills to their interests and personality. We encourage you to diversify your team, and be open and transparent with your team of support workers so they understand how they all fit in together.
A: Posting a job doesn’t commit you to anything. You’ll receive responses and you can communicate with those potential independent support workers, but you don’t have to make a decision or book a session until you’re ready. You can even delete the job post if you change your mind.
