What can I do if my disability support provider won’t let me use support workers through Mable?

When the NDIS rolls out in your area, you will have the opportunity to be assessed for individualized funding, and to plan your own support. This means you will have the freedom to choose which provider holds your funds or to manage the funds yourself.

If you aren’t happy with the services from your current provider and if you have Coordination of support in your NDIS plan, it is possible for you to change to a provider who will be supportive of you sourcing your support workers from the Mable platform.

Mable is not registered with the NDIS, but we are working with a range of registered providers to make sure that our users are able to move to a provider that gives them a better deal. That means having reasonable administration and case management fees and allowing clients to choose their own support workers through Mable.
